I'm giving it 4 stars because my experience was good; the receptionists and doctors were very helpful. I didn't give it 5 stars because I had to wait about 2 hours (from 8:00 am to 10:00 am), but otherwise, everything was fine. Perhaps it was because I went on a Friday and there weren't many people; I even waited sitting down.

I had some work-related exams today. I arrived at 7:50 and left at 11:30 in the morning. If you have work-related exams, you should arrive early and be prepared for a long wait, especially if they are blood tests, and you should be fasting. They explained that they had a shortage of occupational health doctors, but judging by the comments, it wouldn't be the first time. Their logistics are poor; some people were arriving last and leaving first, leaving those who had been waiting for hours behind. I hope I don't have to go back to this place. The service was quite negligent in some aspects.

The service is incredibly slow; some people have been waiting for over five hours. I've been here for three hours already, even though I had an appointment, which, of course, is now worthless. The facilities are uncomfortable and insufficient for everyone, so some people have to wait standing up the entire time.
