Poor patient management. They call out to everyone, and you don't know where to go. The wait is very long. You're scheduled for 6:30, you're seen at the reception desk at 7:30, and you don't leave until after 10, all on an empty stomach. And that's not even considering you've come from far away. Very disorganized and chaotic. I noticed people receiving preferential treatment (I don't know if that service even exists) because I saw them letting people in who weren't in line or were far back, and they left very quickly with knowing looks at the person who greeted them. I don't know. It's very strange. On the plus side, the doctors were very kind and helpful at all times.

Not recommended at all. The service is terrible. At reception, they said the company's order wasn't in the system. They asked me to contact company personnel, and even after showing me the screenshot sent by the company I was attending, the response was that they would check. After almost an hour, they finally registered me.
Furthermore, they have problems managing and uploading the results to the system. The company contacted me to request that I take the tests again because there were no results. I approached them, and the receptionist said there was no order, repeating the same situation as the previous day. After almost 20 minutes, they checked their email and told me that the exam had already been scheduled. I explained what the company had told me, and they asked me to wait. Another person came and told me that there were problems with the order and authorization, but that it wasn't necessary to take the tests again, as they would be uploaded. Which didn't happen. A waste of time, disrespectful, and detrimental to the process.
