Today, March 13, 2026, I received TERRIBLE SERVICE. The ENT specialist, Stiven, did not wait for the patient after being told that an earlier appointment was not possible due to the distance between the patient's location in Santa Lucía and the IPS (healthcare provider) in Castillo Grande. Despite this, the patient arrived at 4:12 PM for a 4:15 PM appointment, and he didn't care and left. What about the patient? After making such an effort to travel from so far away?

The receptionist was extremely rude, in the most blatant and dehumanizing way. She stated, "I can't do anything. The doctor left. I had to reschedule." There was nothing she could do.
