I apologize to Dr. Yenny because she has nothing to do with my grade... Yesterday at 5pm they sent me a confirmation message for the therapy that says Thursday, October 22, which is unusual because today is Thursday the 23rd and at 5:11 pm, I asked them to do me a favor and confirm, which did not happen... Today, Thursday, October 23rd, I wrote very kindly asking if I had the therapy or not, nobody answers, they leave me on seen because they are online, you call and they answer just to waste the minute on your cell phone. I think it's disrespectful to play with people's time and not have enough education to respond... All the good service went to waste with this.

Terrible customer service. I inquired about the price of a private procedure via WhatsApp and they asked me a ton of questions, requested my medical history, and took far too long to reply. All that for a simple price inquiry. Awful service.

You can't just give me zero, it's a total lack of respect. They make me fill out a questionnaire, they ask for my medical history, the exams the internist approved—I give them all the information—I spend the whole morning on this process, only for them to say no, that I have to go to the other number.

I texted the other number about 20 minutes before noon, and an automated message said, "Thank you for your message. We cannot respond at this time, but we will do so as soon as possible. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays until noon." They didn't respond at all. I waited until 2:00 PM, called, and they didn't answer. The only thing the woman said on WhatsApp was, "Please wait a moment, I'll get back to you," and nothing. These are important tests, and we don't live in Bucaramanga to go in person; we live in Barichara! It's disrespectful, especially since we're paying for the tests privately because the diagnosis is urgent!

The service is excellent, they deliver the tests promptly and the results are guaranteed. They detected an anomaly that another clinic hadn't detected. I highly recommend them without hesitation; they are very reliable.
