Fundonar – the Fundacion Oftalmologica de Narino (Clinica de la Vision) – is an established ophthalmology center in Pasto, capital of the Narino department in southwestern Colombia. They never answer 😡 They make a lot of money at the expense of users who pay for appointments, but they never answer a damn phone call or WhatsApp message.
Bad experience. I've been waiting for weeks for them to call me to schedule an appointment. You write, you call, and nobody answers. Such terrible service.
They never keep to their schedules. I don't know why they call you 20 minutes early and then make you wait an hour and a half to be seen. In Ipiales, this service is terrible, and if they don't see you then, you have to travel to Pasto to continue experiencing the same poor service. Santitas should find another provider for this service.
Terrible call center service; they take forever to answer and then hang up on you. Also, they don't schedule appointments through EPS (health insurance providers), but they do schedule private appointments.
I paid for a private appointment for my two-month-old baby. We arrived twenty minutes early and were seen an hour and twenty minutes later, so go with plenty of time. Also, there was no baby changing area. My complaint is that if they have services for children, they should be a priority. Our appointment was at 2:50 pm and it's already 4:30 pm and our appointment still isn't over. I don't know if it's the same everywhere; I hope not. I don't recommend this clinic, even though the doctor is very good.
