Fundación Vista Para Todos is a nonprofit eye-care organization (IPS) in San Juan de Pasto, capital of Colombia’s Nariño department, located on Carrera 22 near Avenida Boyacá. Its mission is to provide affordable visual-health care to lower-income communities across Nariño. Absolute garbage, I'll never go back in my life. I bought some glasses and after a month they developed ugly lines. The quality of the frames they sold me was terrible, not to mention the awful customer service.
Terrible customer service. The woman who attended to me (an ophthalmologist) was very rude. She rolled her eyes and even made faces when I asked questions. I could get a question wrong, and if I did, she'd give me a dirty look and be rude. It's not my fault if she's having a bad day; I'm paying to be treated well. After a year, a stain appeared on the lenses of my glasses, and the frame kept coming loose with the screws. Someone recommended this place to me, but I will never go back or recommend it again.
Recommended. But they need to be more careful. They did the opposite of what I wanted. They claimed to be right, but they weren't. They didn't have enough evidence. They simply didn't take my opinion, THE CUSTOMER'S, into account.
I've always avoided giving bad reviews, but I bought two pairs of glasses here. The frames broke within a week. I went back and they told me there was no warranty, so without hesitation, thinking it was my fault, I bought another pair, hoping they'd last. But the same thing happened: the sun crystallized them and they broke just from looking at them. It's outrageous! Now I have two extremely expensive lenses that are completely useless. I don't recommend this place; the quality of their products is terrible.
