I went to the doctor in February of this year for a hair loss problem. Initially, the care seemed adequate, but later the experience was very disappointing: the requested tests were never reviewed by the doctor, I received no response or follow-up, and the product they sold me at the office did not have a valid INVIMA registration at the time of sale. When I asked the doctor's assistant about it, they never responded, they kept putting me off, and they stopped responding to the chat and didn't schedule a follow-up appointment. (There was a lack of rigor in the diagnostic tests, such as correctly indicating the appropriate time to take the testosterone test during the cycle. I think that because of my profile and because I went in the early stages of my hair loss, they thought I was exaggerating.) My hair loss worsened in the following months. I wouldn't recommend this service for someone with a less noticeable problem that's just starting. Go to a more trusted professional who will actually investigate and find out what's wrong with you. Don't end up like me, only being taken seriously when your hair loss becomes extremely alarming.
