Despite the friendly attention, the service is extremely slow, the place is completely full and there is not enough space for the capacity, 4 hours of waiting in total for 3 exams.

The service is terrible. They make appointments but serve people on a first-come, first-served basis. The space is tiny and there aren't enough chairs for the number of people who arrive; you have to stand. And it takes up to 3 hours for the first call. In short, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The processes are extremely slow, with waits exceeding two hours. The reception staff provides poor customer service and neglects their duties, preferring to engage in other activities. They fail to meet appointment and scheduling deadlines for exams. I do not recommend this service.
