Terrible service, appointment at 4:20 pm, they didn't attend to you until 8 pm. Bad service, long wait, they don't respect the schedules, they only give priority to private patients, they have an agreement with EPS (health insurance provider) and it seems like they're begging for attention.
The wait is very long; they schedule appointments for a specific time and then may not see patients for two to two and a half hours, without considering that patients have been fasting since the previous day and the preparation for these tests is very uncomfortable. The service needs to be more humane.
They're playing with the users' time. It's understandable that medical procedures sometimes take longer, but there, this is the norm every day. The doctors there are good professionals, but the customer service is very poor. The receptionist lacks the skills to handle what's happening there. All the excellent work the doctors do is ruined by this inattentive woman at reception. It's truly a shame!
They play with the patient's time. If I schedule an appointment for a specific time, I expect to be seen at that time, or at most, that the doctor is 30 minutes late. But it's not fair that the doctor takes more than two hours to arrive to perform an exam that requires preparation (fasting), and then they call me to reschedule the appointment for the following evening. When scheduling appointments, they should specify that it will be based on the specialist's availability, and NOT when people are already there for their appointment.
