Everyone here is friendly, but they're not trained, especially the reception staff. They don't know what they're doing. I arrived at 7:30 am and had to wait 45 minutes because they couldn't even find my order. When they finally found it, they sent me incomplete tests. At 11:00 am, my employer called me from Bogotá to ask what was happening with the tests, and I told him I was still waiting. He called the lab himself to find out, and that's when they realized I was missing tests on the list. So, I had to wait even longer for them to do the missing tests. When they sensed I was annoyed by how long I'd been there, they started calling me for all the tests at once. They're very disorganized and not trained. I left at 12:30 pm, submitted a complaint, and they haven't contacted me. I don't know if the receptionists threw it away because I recorded a video right in front of them showing that I was the last one to leave. Knowing that I arrived at 7:30 am, I hope someone from management can contact me because the treatment is very bad and I wasn't the only one who complained that day; it's disrespectful.

This company doesn't even have a complaints channel on its website, so it's unlikely the service will improve.
A medical center where you can get lab tests or medical exams done; they also do COVID-19 testing. The waiting room is rather small, especially with current COVID restrictions and social distancing measures in place, and it can only fit about 20 people inside. The service is good; I think, like all places of this type, there can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but nothing out of the ordinary for Cartagena. It's near the Olímpica supermarket on Crisantoluque, just a short walk away.
