My experience was satisfactory. I was able to schedule quickly via WhatsApp, there were nearby appointments available, I arrived on the day of my appointment, paid, and had the ultrasound performed without any problems. I received the results in my email within 15 minutes. Overall, a good experience, with fast service and scheduling. The only thing is to be prepared for a wait because the Suba location doesn't have a receptionist to greet you and provide information.

I had a private ultrasound at the North branch because I needed the test urgently. I chose this location primarily because their website states that the professional delivers the results immediately, with a reading and explanation. However, this did not happen. At the end of the exam, I was informed that the results would be sent by email around midnight, which does not match what they advertise and was a great disappointment, as I was specifically looking for a service with immediate delivery.

Additionally, the facilities appear quite old and need renovation. During my appointment, the doctor had a strong and persistent cough, which made the consultation somewhat uncomfortable.

I believe it is important that the information published on the website reflects the service they actually provide, especially when many people go there needing a quick diagnosis.

Very bad experience. At 3:30 p.m., they confirmed I would be seen, but after waiting until 5:30 p.m., I never received any attention. The most disappointing thing was the doctor's attitude. She responded rudely, raising her voice and becoming agitated, saying it wasn't her fault, when she could have easily communicated the situation with kindness and respect.
I understand that delays can happen, but patient care also includes how people are treated, especially in an ultrasound clinic where many patients arrive feeling emotional or worried. There is a serious lack of empathy, organization, and respect for patients' time. They are unclear, and their desire to make money leads them to schedule appointments indiscriminately. Terrible; I don't recommend it.
