I was there with my son and they treated us both super well, very professional, we had a great time, it smelled delicious, in very good condition and the facilities and decoration were beautiful, 10/10.

I contacted them earlier today via WhatsApp to schedule a massage appointment for me and my friend. We had gone hiking in Valle de Cocora the day before and our calves were extremely sore and in pain, and in dire need of a massage.

They told us they had availability so we walked over from our hotel. Then they asked us to wait ten minutes while they got the room ready. After waiting for ten minutes they told us they had no availability that day which was very strange and made no sense. They asked us to come tomorrow instead. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional behavior.

I cannot recommend a business that is so incompetent, unprofessional, and inconsiderate.
