I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Pastrana. She was able to fit me in at the last minute and replied to every message incredibly fast which I appreciated so much.
From the moment I walked into her clinic, I felt safe. The space is absolutely beautiful and of the highest standard. You can immediately tell that she only works with premium-quality products.
I had Sculptra done, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Pastrana has the gentlest hands and she made me feel completely safe, relaxed, and cared for throughout the entire treatment. Her expertise is exceptional! She took the time to explain everything, gave me honest and thoughtful advice and made sure the treatment was tailored to me rather than just following a one-size-fits-all approach. I was about to get unnecessary extra procedures and even if she could have made more money, she clearly carried more about me than profit.
I left feeling confident that I was in the best hands and I already know I’ll be coming back. Thank you so much, Dr. Pastrana and her beautiful Assistant.

I flew down from Miami specifically for Dra. Pastrana. Three sessions later, I'm writing this because she deserves to know what her integrity looks like from the outside.
I didn't come down for a single treatment. I came because I'd researched extensively and concluded that what she offers—clinical rigor, honest assessment, refusal to oversell—doesn't exist in most markets. The protocols she designed (Hydrafacial, subdermotherapy, capillary mesotherapy, Radiesse, PDO lifting, Sculptra, custom compounded topicals) were justified by her analysis of my skin type and goals, not by what generates the highest invoice. She *removed* treatments mid-consultation that wouldn't deliver measurable results. Let that sink in. Clinics don't do that. She does.
Why It Matters:
She explained the science behind every decision Fitzpatrick considerations, synergy between modalities, realistic timelines, why certain combinations work. But more than that—she listened. I visited this skincare clinic back in November while I was on vacation, and the experience was excellent. Scheduling an appointment through WhatsApp was very easy and convenient. The office is located in the back of the building, and everyone there was incredibly friendly.
The person who handled my intake and administered the Botox was very thorough and helpful, explaining exactly what the procedure involved and the reasons behind each step. I was happy with my results and will definitely return the next time I’m back in Colombia.

I’m visiting Medellín for a few weeks, and a friend recommended Dr. Daniela Pastrana for some aesthetic treatments. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I went in for a facial treatment and Botox, and Dr. Pastrana was incredibly professional, kind, and patient. She explained everything clearly in English, made me feel comfortable right away, and her clinic in El Poblado is spotless and super modern.
The results look natural, fresh, and very well done—exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve had treatments in the U.S., and I can honestly say the level of care here was just as good, if not better.
