Liliana was amazing! She responded quickly and even came in on a Sunday, her day off, since I had limited time in Cartagena.

She was warm and friendly while remaining highly professional, taking the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions. My Botox and skin booster treatments were almost painless thanks to her expertise, and the results are fantastic.

I traveled from the USA to Cartagena Colombia for short vacation and trusted this dermatologist for my Botox treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She was incredibly professional, honest, and truly cared about what was best for me.

I originally wanted fillers as well, but instead of taking advantage of the situation, she honestly advised me not to do them because I didn’t need them. That level of integrity is rare and shows how much she values her patients over making extra money.

Today I received a Botox treatment and micro needling. Both procedures went very well, full explanation of everything and extra effort to make sure I was comfortable with the information and the processes. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more competent. Super clean spot like feel and easy to find. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the country.

I highly recommend Dr. Liliana’s clinic. She was extremely kind and attentive, carefully assessing my skin and advising what would be best for my face while keeping the results natural. Although she does not speak English, she communicated very well by translating over the phone, so everything was clear and comfortable.
All procedures were performed very gently and professionally, which I truly appreciated. I felt well cared for throughout the entire visit. I especially recommend her clinic to anyone looking for subtle, natural-looking results rather than anything overdone. Thank you for such a positive experience.
