El mejor doctor que e tenido. I came from Miami, Florida with my sister. I’ve had surgeries in the United States in the past and nothing comes close to how great Dr. Santiago Ruiz and his team were. He’s very precessional, polite and genuine. His attention to detail and care for us and his patients was amazing before and after the surgery. I am not only happy with my results but my experience here with him.

I had an incredible experience. Before deciding, I consulted with several doctors, but Dr. Santiago was the one who truly made me feel safe from day one.

He takes all the time to listen to you, answer your questions, and explain every detail of the surgery with such clarity and patience. That made all the difference for me! And I'm so happy with my results.

His team is also wonderful: they are all so kind and always make you feel supported and at ease.

In addition, both the clinic and his office are amazing; everything is spotless, very professional, and inspires a lot of confidence.

I'm truly grateful to have found them and made this decision with their support. I felt cared for before, during, and after the process.

I want to share my experience with Dr. Ruiz in Bogota Colombia because it was truly exceptional from the very beginning.

I interviewed several doctors before choosing him, and Dr. Ruiz immediately stood out. The professionalism, transparency, and genuine care were completely different. I never felt pressured, and it never felt like just a transaction.

As someone who speaks Spanish, being able to communicate clearly and comfortably was very important to me. It made the entire experience feel even more personal and reassuring.

I traveled from Florida to Colombia for my surgery, and that can feel overwhelming but his team took incredible care of me. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, safe, and well taken care of. Dr. Ruiz personally followed up with me, answered every question, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.

I had my breast augmentation done, and I absolutely love my results. They look beautiful, natural, and exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail truly shows in his work.

Such an incredible team! I came from Florida to get a breast augmentation and from the second I was in contact with the team, I felt so comfortable and secure. I was concerned at first about the language barrier, but there was no issue communicating over WhatsApp and Dr. Ruiz is fluent in English 🙂 The staff in the office were all so incredibly nice and Dr. Ruiz made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was well-educated on the procedure. All my check ups went very well and I could not be happier with my end result and the communication I received from everyone at all times. I would recommend to anyone! The “after” photo is only 2 weeks post op

Dr Santiago Ruiz , was the best decision for a surgeon. Him and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. Dr Ruiz listened to everything I was looking for gave me the best advice and absolutely amazing results i was looking for . I wanted something that was natural .From day one in Colombia the whole staff and him went above and beyond for me. Even before on the phone communication was absolutely the best. I swear by him and I would go back in a heartbeat if I ever want anything else done. I had my surgery 3 years ago now and I still keep in touch with the staff. I was a out of county patient, so of course I was nervous but as soon as I had my first meeting with him and than when I came to Colombia to meet him , was just such a great experience. I would absolutely tell anyone to go to him just simply such a great experience. They set me up with a nurse who helped bring me to all apts after and just was great too. Even after surgery and flying back to NY area they set me up with someone for my massages. I would recommend him again in a heartbeat and trust him to the fullest.
