I've been trying to cancel an appointment for over an hour due to an unforeseen issue, and they're not answering to confirm if it's been canceled. The customer service is terrible; there's no way to contact customer support directly, only an automated WhatsApp message.

It's the worst place in Santa Marta. They schedule an appointment for 12:30, then you see the staff having lunch, and finally they tell you they'll start seeing patients at 4:00 PM… It's a complete lack of respect for the patients. I hope they close soon, or at least don't get any more contracts with the EPS (Health Promoting Entities).

It's a very well-organized center with clean and comfortable facilities. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Their commitment and excellent customer service are evident. It's definitely a place that inspires confidence and peace of mind. I personally recommend it.

Getting the original appointment was difficult. We called and nobody ever answered the phone over several days. So we stopped at the clinic to make the appointment, but the guard manhandled us, we are in our 60s, until finally my husband was allowed to talk to the receptionist. At last we got the appointment.

The day of the appointment a different guard and staff were available and very professional. The ophthalmologist on December 19th was excellent.

My husband explained that the original guard, although rude and overly aggressive, was probably just doing his job. The real problem was that it is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. The first day the room was only 20% full, maybe they had aggressive patients in the past and ordered the armed guards to defend the door, even if to an elderly couple just asking a question.
