I’m about to turn 65 and recently had a cervical facial lift along with a blepharoplasty with Dr. Mauricio. My experience was truly excellent from start to finish.

Dr. Mauricio was very clear in explaining every step of the process and was incredibly caring throughout. Everything went smoothly, and while the surgery itself is understandably a significant procedure, it was exactly what I expected.

I honestly have nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a facelift or wanting to improve the appearance of their neck. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and you can trust him completely.

Dr. Mauricio and his team have been attentive from our very first virtual consultation. He provided thoughtful recommendations and proved to be exceptional. Initially, I only planned to undergo a mentoplasty, but he suggested adding a rhinoplasty to achieve better facial balance. I had some doubts at first, but he took the time to talk with me and address all my concerns.
Looking back, I can confidently say that choosing to do both procedures was the best decision. In my particular case, I also had significant internal nasal blockage that made it difficult to breathe, and Dr. Mauricio corrected that as well.
I am extremely happy with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. He is not only a highly skilled plastic surgeon, but more importantly, a truly caring doctor who prioritizes your well-being and that makes all the difference.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Serrano and his entire team. From the first consultation through surgery and post-op care, everything was professional, organized, and reassuring. His staff was attentive and communicative, and I felt very well supported as an international patient. Dr. Serrano took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident in the plan. I received a breast augmentation and lift. The surgery itself went very smoothly, and the hospital was clean, modern, and accommodating. Overall, I felt safe, cared for, and extremely happy with my decision. If in the future I choose to undergo another surgery, I will surely consult Dr. Serrano again.
