The decision was mine, and so it was; I accepted it. We started with my right knee. The surgery was successful, and after four months, I was fully recovered.
During that time, my right shoulder was also bothering me, which is why, months later, it was necessary to prioritize rotator cuff surgery on that shoulder. That surgery, performed by the doctor, and his post-operative care led to excellent results. Shoulder surgeries are often said to be very painful, but this one wasn't. I had a 100% recovery; that is, that shoulder has full range of motion.
Next, it was my left knee's turn. With proper care, I was already going out after a month, and after two months, I was fully recovered.
