I am from Costa Rica on one week vacation in Cartagena.One of the main reason for this vacation was to see a Urulogiest. After a very hard time to get a appointment online. Columbian Sim card, time,taxi,money,nervs etc. I finally got the appointment for a Friday the end of my vacation. I received a mail to confirm the appointment a day earlier ,which I confirmed.
When I came to his Praxis I got the unbelievable Notice from his secretary that the Doctor didn't show up at this day. I lost hours of my vacation, money for taxis etc.
and going back to Costa Rica with unfinished business!
