I am currently 7 days post-op, and I can honestly say my experience with Dr. Guevara and his entire team has been absolutely phenomenal.

From the very beginning, Dr. Guevara made my safety his top priority. Before moving forward with surgery, he carefully monitored my lab work and made sure my iron levels were where they needed to be. That level of precaution gave me so much confidence and showed me that he truly cares about his patients’ health—not just performing surgery.

Dr. Guevara is an incredibly detailed, responsible, and knowledgeable surgeon. He takes the time to listen to what you want, explains his recommendations, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always felt heard, respected, and safe in his care.

His coordinators, nurses, and the entire staff have also been amazing. They communicate with you every single day, arrange transportation to your lymphatic massages, follow up on your recovery, and are always available if you have questions or concerns. Their attentiveness has made this recovery process so much easier.

Traveling to another country for surgery can be intimidating, but from the moment I arrived in Colombia, I felt completely taken care of. Every part of the process has been organized, professional, and compassionate.

Everything with my surgery went excellent. Dr. Guevara gave me a lots of info about my procedure. Outstanding clinic with great service and superb nurses. Total satisfaction. I give them the highest score (10). I have to emphasize that the follow up after the surgery was so incredible, checking on my health status every other day. I do recommend Dr Guevara he was very professional, he explained everything and my results were amazing. I’m just 7 days post bichetomy and chin lipo. I am super happy with my results.
