I was not satisfied with Dr. Francisco Javier Usubillaga's care. I felt the consultation was too short, and he didn't explain the procedure I needed very well. Given the cost of the appointment, I expected clearer and more empathetic attention. I believe it's important for patients to receive better guidance before undergoing such a delicate treatment.
The initial consultation lasted 9 minutes, and the review of the test results took almost 3 minutes—rushed and hurried, lacking in human warmth. He didn't answer our questions; now we have to find another urologist.

I tried to book an appointment with this Medical Doctor with not insurance involve and his receptionist gave a really bad attitude. They tough I was asking for a free consultation. With dry and unprofessional text messages. When I requested to LET ME CALL HER it was the worst. She and the Doctor were laughing at me because of my questions. Worst ethics in Cali Colombia. Never try to book this Doctor. I can’t imagine how sarcastic he can be with a patient during consultation. Boicot this Doctor please. I will make a serious complaint with the Colombian authorities for discrimination and enforce all the possible laws applicable to this kind of MD.
I was lucky to get him treating my case in ER after twiced being sent back home with a stone in my urinary tract already deteriorating my kidney. He treated my complaints seriously and with confidence decided the right decisions. I strongly recommend him.
