I truly very happy with my results. My skin quality has improved so much, everything looks very natural and smooth, with no fibrosis at all. Even my belly button looks beautiful and perfectly done.

My experience with Dr. Carlos Betancur in Medellín was truly life‑changing. I had a tummy tuck and hybrid gluteal implants with lipo‑transference, and from the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt cared for, supported, and genuinely understood.

The office staff—Monica, Daniela, Jeni, and Maria—were amazing. They weren’t just helpful; they were warm, patient, and made me feel like I wasn’t going through this alone. They arranged everything I needed before and after surgery, including lymphatic drainage massages and hyperbaric oxygen sessions that made a huge difference in my recovery.

Dr. Betancur himself exceeded every expectation. He took the time to meet with me multiple times, both in person and online, to explain my options and answer every question I had. He even spoke to me in English during our conversations to make sure I fully understood everything. That level of care and attention meant so much to me.
