Dr. Camilo Andrés Tobón Mesa is an ophthalmologist in Manizales, Colombia, subspecialized in retina, vitreous and macular disease. He earned his medical degree at the Universidad de Caldas and completed ophthalmology training at the Universidad de Antioquia, followed by retina-and-vitreous subspecialty training at the Instituto Nacional de Oftalmología in Lima and macula training at the Instituto de Mácula.
