3. Equipment made of poor quality materials. They've fitted my braces 3 times, and one or two always fall off. Due to availability, they tell me I have to wait until the next appointment to get them fixed and that I have to pay, even though they fall off 3 hours after I've had them put on without eating anything.
4. Terrible service at reception; it seems like the delays in service are the patient's fault.
5. I've already paid for my entire treatment, and they still don't respect the confirmed appointment time or my punctuality.
