My experience was great I went to take a antigenous test and was in and out in less than 30 min. I understand that everyone else has had different experiences but everything Bogota in unexpected due to the over population. So my advice don't waste time making appointments and just show up there as early as you can.

Don't go here for rapid antigen. Three reasons - firstly they take four hours and not the usual two. Secondly, as other reviews have mentioned - they don't send you the results anyway. Lastly I have never come across such unfriendly staff, they don't even make eye contact. Luckily I saw the other poor reviews after I went and so repeated the tests at the airport (you can just walk in without appointment). The airport lab gave me the result in 40 minutes. Save yourself some stress and go elsewhere 🙂

Arrived early at 7am. Said I spoke English to reception. Within a minute, a super-helpful staff member with good English helped me through all the forms and ensured I got to see the right person along the process. Within 40 minutes of arrival, I had done my PCR test and was out the door. Results arrived 14 hours later. I have no idea what the other people in these reviews were moaning about, since as far as I'm concerned it was a 5-star service.
