I wish we did actual medical exams when we go here...it is too much waiting for just filling in a few papers, checking blood pressure, weight and hight. Would be great if you add screens where we can track our turn I stead of listening to doctors calling our name... many of them don't even leave their chairs so you can't hear them well

The wait is horrendous. They say it's first-come, first-served, but it's not. I've been waiting for over two hours just to be told what tests I'm going to have, and people who arrived much later than me have already been seen.
