Terrible service; it took three hours to get a blood sample. I wouldn't recommend Clinisur to small businesses looking to schedule appointments. Their poor organization leads to delays and is disrespectful to their customers.

There's parking near the IPS (healthcare provider). You also need to have a copy of your ID because they require it, or they'll make one for you there (obviously it's not free). Arrive early (5:20 am), but it's quite disorganized. Once you have the copy, they approach you and ask you some questions. They assign you a number, and you have to pay close attention to it. They gave me three tests in an hour and a quarter.

I recently went for my job entrance exam, and the service was excellent. The doctors were very kind and professional, and the care was outstanding. They have a great rapport and are always willing to help. By far one of the best healthcare providers in Bogotá, highly recommended.
