We had been waiting for an urgent private MRI, so we decided to go to them. They scheduled us and told us it would be on Monday at a certain time. Then they changed the time because the doctor couldn't make it, saying it was to avoid letting us down. Finally, they called us on the day of the appointment to cancel it. This was unacceptable because it was urgent.
