Terrible service. The security guard decides who gets in and who doesn't. The switchboard doesn't work, no one ever answers, and it's the same story with every specialty: "The doctor doesn't schedule appointments," and they let you in so they can put you on the waiting list... The worst of the worst. I gave it one star just so I could leave a review because it doesn't even deserve that.

Terrible service, there's a complete lack of professionalism. You go to get an appointment and they keep you waiting as long as they want. You're supposedly about to be seen, but they send you back to the beginning. I've been dealing with this for days. They should know that if you request an appointment, it's because you genuinely need it.

Terrible service. They never answer the phones, and if they do, they say they don't schedule appointments on that line. I've been trying to get an appointment for over a year. I'm going to have to report them to the Superintendency of Health if they don't assign a working phone line.

It's impossible to make an appointment by phone. It's disrespectful to put you on hold and then disconnect you when your turn finally comes. Please be aware that we are from other cities and rural areas, people with limited resources, who need your services and cannot afford to travel just to make an appointment. Please improve your service significantly.
