Terrible service, they take up to an hour and a half to attend to you and then they get angry if you complain. Absolutely awful.

The billing staff are very unfriendly and have no customer service skills. The wait time is 40 minutes, and when you approach the cashier to ask for your invoice so you don't miss your appointment, they rudely tell you they can't skip the line. They don't care if you miss your appointment; they don't understand that you, as the customer, are the one who brings them their salary. They should provide feedback on customer service.
