It's terrible, the delay is unbelievable, it's just going to waste time
Why does everything in such amazing places have to work so badly? Everything was excellent, from the entrance to the exit, but my rating is based on the fact that I was seen almost 40 minutes late for my appointment. It surprises me, although I'm judging without knowing the details. It just seems to always work the same way: if you arrive late, they cancel your appointment and charge you a fine. When it was my turn, I was only there for a maximum of 15 minutes, and that was because it was my first time and they had to fill out personal information. I hope they can improve this small detail sometime soon!
I hung up at 8:30 for an appointment at 9, I've been waiting for an hour and they still haven't attended to me, very bad service, very delayed, a lot of time wasted.
I've been urgently requesting an appointment with a retina specialist since March 2nd, and they gave me one twice and then cancelled it. Since then, every time I call, they tell me there are no appointments available. How long am I supposed to wait? Until this gets worse and I file a lawsuit?
