It's unacceptable that in 2026 there are still places with such terrible customer service. If they can't handle that place, then close it down or tell people they only offer in-person service. I wrote to them on April 29th to request an appointment for my daughter through her policy, and today is May 11th, and they only replied once and never again. Get with the times, dinosaurs!
I have tried every electronic and telephone method to contact the clinic to schedule an appointment I already have, but it has been virtually impossible.
It is important that these methods be prioritized, as they are the ones used by people who work and are unable to schedule an appointment in person.
I cannot yet judge the quality of service at the clinic directly, because I haven't even been able to schedule the appointment. What I can say without a doubt is that customer service through all other channels is currently terrible.
Terrible experience. Save yourself the 250,000 pesos if you're considering a consultation with Dr. Melissa Andrea Zapata Durán.
My mother went to see her for a truly urgent situation, so she decided to pay for a private consultation expecting proper care. However, in less than 5 minutes, they told her they "didn't see anything," that she needed to get tests done, and that she had to come back and pay for another appointment.
Seriously? That doesn't reflect professional ethics or commitment to a patient who is paying for quality service. The care was superficial, lacking empathy, and completely unhelpful.
Honestly, the care at the EPS (health insurance provider) ends up being more humane and responsible than this.
The service when you go directly to the clinic is very good, both from the staff and the professionals. However, communication is absolutely terrible.
They never answer WhatsApp messages, there's no direct phone number, and when you try to contact them through the automated systems or lines, they hang up on you or tell you it's only available via WhatsApp, which makes everything more complicated and frustrating for the user.
I think that for a clinic that handles both insurance and private services, the customer service is very poor, especially the communication channel/call center. I believe they should make this transition in a more user-friendly and accessible way for the client or user, keeping in mind that it's not always young or tech-savvy people who are contacting them; they're usually older adults (60-70 years old), and it's important to understand that not everyone has the same opportunities or the same ease of communicating solely through digital means.
Amazing experience, so glad I found this place here. Easy to get to with parking and very clean environment. They had an international patient care area where Ana, the girl in charge, is super helpful and professional, she explained everything clearly in English which made me very comfortable and confident enough to proceed further. Definitely recommend!
