My experience with this clinic was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of incompetence displayed by both the administrative staff and medical team was shocking. They lost my paperwork, made countless administrative errors, and mishandled my case so badly that my insurance company ultimately denied my claims. What should have been a straightforward process became months of frustration because of their mistakes. Even more concerning, this clinic asked twice to collect extensive personal and financial information, including my address, passport photos, bank account details, and credit card information. Nearly 3 months after I had left Colombia, they withdrew money from my account again without my authorization. As a result, I was forced to cancel and replace my bank cards, update my banking information, and take steps to protect myself from further unauthorized transactions. The clinic showed a complete lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Communication was poor, follow-up was virtually nonexistent, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility for the numerous mistakes they made. The lack of professionalism extended beyond the administrative side as well. Seeing a doctor post a selfie from the operating room on Google Maps raises serious concerns about professionalism and judgment. Had I seen that photo before choosing this clinic, I would have viewed it as a major red flag and likely would have reconsidered seeking treatment there altogether. For a facility that presents itself as a serious medical institution, that kind of behavior only reinforced my concerns about the overall culture of the clinic. The medical care was equally alarming. During my first visit, the doctors failed to perform appropriate diagnostic testing and appeared uninterested in properly investigating my condition. Their misdiagnosis delayed proper treatment and ultimately resulted in permanent damage that could potentially have been avoided with competent medical care. Between the administrative chaos, unauthorized charges, mishandling of sensitive personal information, poor communication, lack of accountability, questionable professional conduct, and negligent medical treatment, this was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise anyone—especially foreign visitors—to seek treatment elsewhere.
It’s a great clinic but could be overcrowded due to all the people from the Caribbean coast attending and depending of it
It's a very clean clinic, quite large. If you walk from the parking lot, you'll encounter a hill before reaching the offices. Therefore, for people with reduced mobility, they either drop them off at the top of the hill before parking, or they can wait for a shuttle from the parking lot that makes that trip for free (haha). There are coffee and snack vending machines on every floor, the restrooms are clean, and the service at the office I go to is excellent. On the first floor, you'll find shops like pharmacies and places to eat. Parking is paid. They have hourly options (expensive, folks).
Terrible service! It took two months to get a refund for unused items. And I still haven't received it. They need to improve their treasury and administration departments!
Very clean and comfortable to visit. The offices are spacious. I don't know why they lock the bathrooms if they're supposed to be public.
