What's wrong with the patients? When there are complaints, they should be written down!
They gave me an appointment at the beginning of September for the beginning of October. They called me and canceled it, rescheduling it for a month and a half later (November), and then canceled it again, rescheduling it for 20 days later (December).
What a lack of professionalism and respect for patients' health, and I don't think I'm the only one. They can be friendly, but they lack responsibility when it comes to scheduling appointments.
