It's the worst of the worst. I took my mother for a scheduled appointment, and they moved her to a different floor twice, making us wait for over four hours. Then, a "doctor" saw her who didn't even look at her or listen to her symptoms. After insisting, the "doctor" finally deigned to give her a reading comprehension test and told her she had a minor infection. Good heavens! If you took the Hippocratic Oath to care for people and give your best, why do you do such a mediocre job, misdiagnosing and not properly evaluating the patient? This clinic is so sad; it doesn't deserve even zero stars.
I've been waiting for myopia and retinal surgery for over two years. More than two years counting appointments and ophthalmologist availability; it's been almost three years of waiting now, and still nothing. The ophthalmologists who operate are almost always on vacation. I need to resolve my retinal problem because I could lose my sight at any moment.
I've been trying to contact them for over a month and nothing... it's awful... I'm going to send my evidence to the health authorities; I think they're too inefficient.
Terrible service... It's disrespectful because when you call, you get an answering machine, and when it's finally time to speak to an advisor, they hang up on you. I even submitted an appointment request through the website, and I haven't received a response. I've been dealing with this for a month now. You go to the office, and they tell you that you have to call. 😔
I waiked in with a severe and serious eye condition, after a discussion with the doctor explaining my symptoms and the probablilty of the disease,.there was no diagnostic testing performed to confirm the proper diagnosis of my eye disease .Furthermore the doctor prescribes different types of medications that treat different eye disorders with no explanation what each medicine treats, after spending alot of time and effort purchasing the prescribed medications, I went home and spent hours educating myself on what medications would treat my severe eye condition. The doctor was uneducated on what medications I really needed to effectively treat my condition .I would not reccommend this clinic.
