Terrible service. You have to wait for hours to get an appointment, and even then, there's no guarantee you'll get one. Scheduling procedures and surgeries is only done on Saturdays, and you have to arrive at least as early as 5:00 AM to secure a spot. They have more demand than they can handle.

I find it TERRIBLE that you NEVER answer the phone to request an appointment. You even leave me on hold until the call drops. Where is your customer service? I've been trying to contact you for over three days, but it's been IMPOSSIBLE. You don't deserve even one star. I don't understand how clinics like this, which are completely useless, even exist.
