I held this place in very high regard because of its excellent rating and the way the doctor treated me. However, I had my teeth evaluated by other orthodontists, and they all requested important procedures that this clinic never mentioned. I had a lot of faith in this place because of what I've already said, but after that, I had doubts. When I went back for another evaluation, they raised the prices and removed treatments I already had. The receptionist was terrible; it was clear she didn't know what she was talking about. She gave me a much higher price than I had anticipated, and I even had to remind her to add the Hyrax retainer, which she had forgotten to include in my initial evaluation, along with a tartar removal. That evaluation could have damaged my teeth, and that shouldn't happen to anyone.
