The services on the Clínica Fátima website are outdated, and when requesting the "Contact Us" or "Schedule an Appointment" service, a message appears stating that the service is not working. According to Resolution 3100 of 2019, websites and services must be kept up to date.

Furthermore, when calling, the line is always routed through different extensions. Therefore, the website should also display the phone number with all extensions to avoid inconsistencies and poor service quality.

I'm a mother and was sent to this clinic through the emergency room, but the service is terrible. I arrived with upper and lower edema and they made me wait four hours sitting down to have some lab tests done. That's how long it took the doctor on duty to even take my medical history. During all those hours, my feet and hands were about to explode from the edema and the pressure I felt. I feel like they have no compassion for their patients. Why go to the emergency room at all? There should be a dedicated emergency number where you can call when they're available to see you. Besides, the facilities are downright scary because it's all enclosed and dark. The service has been awful so far.

Very poor service from the billing staff. Specifically, the "emergency billing" staff were rude and did not provide adequate service.

The worst service, poor coordination, and terrible logistics for attending to patients.
I waited four hours to be seen. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible service. They never answer when you try to schedule an appointment; they're constantly on the computer, even though the patient is their priority. I've been trying for four days now and nothing. It's disrespectful.
