The emergency room service is very good. Unfortunately, I've had some very bad experiences with psychiatrists, but here I was treated very well. They take the time to take a complete medical history, and their genuine interest is evident. I only had a bad experience with one psychiatrist in the emergency room who made me feel terrible for being afraid of being hospitalized. She said it was my responsibility and that I was going to be admitted anyway—horrible. On the other hand, the resident psychiatrists are very kind and professional, and Dr. Julián is the best psychiatrist I've ever had. He prioritized my physical and mental health immensely, and my treatment with him has been excellent.

It's unfortunate really. Ive been here a few times. I don't speak Spanish, the doctors here are very good and speak English. However, the security and receptionists do not. When I arrived I struggled to respond to their questions. The guard acted as if I was stupid and the receptionist's were laughing out loud at the whole exchange. You'd think that you would be treated with a little kindness in a clinical like this considering the vulnerable people that attend. While it annoyed me a little, it could have stopped someone else seeking help. Very unprofessional.

The clinic provid excellent care for the patient that is the most important . The only problem is the comucation via telephono that need improve. The must that I care is the treament that is excellent.
