I just want to say thank you to the entire medical staff here. My fiance has been here a month and the love and support then have given is amazing. Im from Florida, so its been really rough being this far away from home and sleeping in the hospital almost every night. They have treated us like family. To the ICU Team, Dr. Ponce, the Rehabilitation Team, The security Team and the Piso 4 staff, we've shared laughs and tears but we wouldn't have been able to get to this point without ALL OF YOU. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

As a foreigner needing urgent care in Cartagena, I had a great experience at Medihelp Clinic. The staff was professional, I was seen quickly, and everything felt clean and well organized. Communication was clear (in English, my Spanish is extremely poor), and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend for travelers.

The collaborator in the clinic are kind and always are attending to help, a mentioned to Sander Mendoza and Alfredo Mendoza are very nice and very good person.

The most disgraceful clinic I have ever been to. Made us wait 8 hrs. Kept consistently lying saying a doctor was coming who never did. Unqualified doctors who don’t care about you and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Rude staff. Save yourself the time, money and bother and go to a proper hospital. This place is an absolute disgrace.
