Very good and clean hospital with friendly staff. A dog bite me in the streets of Santa marta. I needed to get a rabies vaccine very fast. In total it took between 1-2 hours. Price was very low and they didn’t take advantage of the situation. I can barely communicate in Spanish which wasn’t a problem at all. Thank you

I am going to give just 1 star to the appointments phone system, because it’s useless and good for nothing. I don’t see any point in having it when they don’t have a human been answering!! We had spent hours and hours dealing in, to make a stupid Neurology appointment and nothing happened. They have a website “ via WhatsApp “ very tricky to navigate for the people here in Santa Marta Colombia , where a good amount of persons doesn’t know what it’s a PDH format because they are asking the patients to send files and documents online if they wanted to bee seem by any doctor.!! What a place!!

Had the luck to have wonderful and compassionate caretakers and administration staff. I went to the closest urgency because I had to, even though the lack in stars scared me. But I was pleasantly surprised. Only downside is that most of them do not speak English.
