My dad had to have surgery to remove prostatic cancer. The doctors were very good. The surgery itself was within the normal functioning. However, communication with the family was absolutely appalling. There was no clear connection between the relatives and the people in charge.
Human warmth is completely absent from the customer service personnel.
My mother, as well as my father, is a senior and it’s beyond cruel To keep someone like that waiting for hours in end with no news or updates whatsoever.
Plus: the surgery was performed with epidural, meaning, he was awake for the 3 hours of the procedure while the surgeons played reggaeton non stop

3 days waiting in que for gallbladder surgery to be scheduled! Why does the patient get to wait? And why doesn't the clinic approach and explain what's going on to the patient's children.?

Customer service people on their cell phones while helping zero people in the que. The pictures say it all. Look at the customer service people chatting on the phone and the video board showing zero people in the que.
