Warning for everyone, especially foreigners and tourists: avoid Clínica Las Vegas!!!

Terrible experience during a medical emergency. We waited a very long time before getting help while the patient’s condition was getting worse. The system is extremely slow, with no empathy or proper care.

It felt like money was the priority, not the patient. They requested payments in advance, kept money that should have been returned, still to this day on WhatsApp they’ve just stopped responding.

Before every urgent visit they collect a deposit of 660 USD, before an urgent surgery they were trying to collect a deposit of 13 000 USD!!!

Be very careful with this clinic. In an emergency, every minute matters, and this experience only added more stress and problems. Please consider going to a different clinic.

I have been visiting Clinica Las Vegas for the past 5 years and have been receiving the international service from Ivan Sanchez. The treatment I receive as an International visitor from Aruba is amazing. Ivan Sanchez is professional and treats you as a priority. He arranges the medical needs you need as it should be. Ivan you are amazing!!

I had an excellent experience with Las Vegas Clinic thanks to Ivan Sanchez and his amazing concierge service. As a foreign visitor, having someone guide you through the process makes a huge difference, and Ivan truly exceeded expectations. I have been to this clinic a few times for different things in three years that I have lived here and every time they have been patient and attentive. I appreciate the service! There is a hold for a deposit for private pay patients that is around 1k USD but it is immediately reimbursed when you check out. I speak decent Spanish so I use Spanish but there are some doctors that speak English.
