How is it possible that I call to request an appointment, and I'm left on hold for over 6 hours, only to be hung up on the first call? And on Saturdays, they answer just to say they don't schedule appointments. It's truly disrespectful! The medical team may be excellent, but the operators are the worst. I've been dealing with this for over a month.

Terrible service. You spend over an hour on the phone only to be told there are no appointments available... Yesterday I spent practically the entire day on the phone and got nowhere. When they finally answered, they asked for my information and then the call dropped or they hung up on me, I honestly don't know... I've been dealing with this for a month now and I still haven't been able to schedule an appointment. My authorization is about to expire and they don't care... This is playing with people's needs...

The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and the doctor explained everything very clearly.

They never answer the phone for appointments. Or at least give an updated number. Thanks... In the end, you go in person. They tell you that you have to get up very early to get a number. They only give out 30, and people arrive as early as 9 a.m. to try and get one. There's a long wait, and the scheduling staff treat you like animals; they have no tact or manners whatsoever. It's sad to see the state of the healthcare system.
