Terrible! They let my sister-in-law and niece die due to negligence in administering an injection she was allergic to, and they haven't responded at all.
• The care provided by the triage/procedures assistant on the night shift was inappropriate, demonstrating a lack of respect and a temperament unsuitable for patient care.
• Timely attention from the head nurses was not perceived, especially considering that, after approximately 13 hours without attention, the patient was not provided with clear information or timely support regarding the process she should follow.
• The timeliness of care should be reviewed, as the patient arrived at the medical center at 6:00 a.m. and the cesarean section was performed at 10:00 p.m. During this period, adequate information was not provided regarding progress, delays, or reasons for the waiting time.
• Lack of timeliness in the administration of fluids and medications was identified, which creates uncertainty and affects the quality of service. • The 4th floor lacks a tranquil environment due to considerable noise pollution, hindering patients' rest and recovery.
• The night shift nursing assistant on the 4th floor does not introduce herself properly upon arrival at the room, nor does she clearly explain which medications or fluids will be administered.
• The absence of the head nurses on the 4th floor was noted, hindering the timely resolution of concerns or situations requiring supervision.
• There are coordination issues with changing bed linens and bathing patients, causing delays and affecting the comfort and well-being of those hospitalized.
• Regarding the private room, it was observed that the staff is unclear about the included benefits or services. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked toilet paper, and there were no television access controls, which creates significant inconveniences considering that this is an additional service being paid for.
I highlight these points to contribute to the continuous improvement of service and the patient experience, trusting in the institution's commitment to strengthening its care processes. I appreciate the efforts of the staff who acted with professionalism and compassion, and I hope these observations will be taken into account.
The standard of care and professional service provided to patients is unacceptable and, in specific cases, has compromised patient safety and well-being. First, there have been delays and a lack of medical attention in administering medication, which has resulted in many patients experiencing a severe increase in pain. Despite repeated requests via the call bell, the nursing staff failed to provide timely and effective pain relief. The rude and unprofessional conduct of the radiologist and nurses is unacceptable; they are verbally disrespectful and display an unprofessional attitude. I don't understand how this clinic is allowed to operate with a staff who don't care about the patients and seem to forget that it is thanks to these patients that they have a job and a responsibility.
The professionals providing care are knowledgeable enough to perform the procedures, but the staff's service is very poor and inefficient. The people at the entrance are very rude, as are some of the nurses. Only one young man on the morning shift treated us well. Furthermore, they don't provide the necessary information and leave family members waiting for extended periods without any updates on the mothers and babies. This type of clinic should be a safe and secure environment for patients, but this is not the case. Humanity should come first. If you have the opportunity to go to another clinic to have your babies, don't miss it.
I don't understand. Sandrita's husband took her to this clinic, admitted her at 9:27 pm on December 11th, and they put her in for monitoring. They didn't let her husband in, but they told them to go home because there was little activity. I don't know what the doctor who attended them meant by giving them such a confusing answer, especially to a woman who had already started dilating. Imagine if she went into labor while they were on their way home, which is far away. I find it irresponsible and negligent on the part of the clinic.
