Whoever is handling the WhatsApp account for this clinic is doing a really bad job. I messaged them 3 days ago to set up a consultation/appointment for today. They replied to me once and then never replied again. This is after they’ve been sending me promotional material on WhatsApp for months.
Absolutely love visiting the Dra Luz Marina Diaz’s clinic in Bogota. The service and attention to detail is amazing and I can always trust to leave happy, no matter what treatments, thanks to all the talented professionals. Luz Marina is definitely the best in the game, highly recommended!
The WORST place to go in Bogota. Not only was the incompetent office staff OVERCHARGED me, but Dr. Nazly Yuliet Torres Soto completely screwed up my treatments. I asked her if I could get hyaluronic filler after the laser knowing full well I'm due out on the 31st. she said "Of course!" and MADE MY APPOINTMENTS FOR ME. I arrived a few days ago and she is gone now and I am being seen by another doctor by the name of Dra. Maria Del Carmen Mejiadijo who said I can't get filler and laser. That I have to do laser first and then fill in a few days later. She rescheduled my appointment for the fill two days later. Two days later she arrives and now tells me that she will not do treatments on because Dr. Nazly Yuliet Torres Soto should never have scheduled those two after another. Not only is it unprofessional of the doctor to think it's okay to schedule the laser and hyaluronic filler back to back, but the fact that the women in the office overcharged me for a treatment I never asked for... This office is the worst place I've ever been . The new doctor kept saying there was a communication error, but there wasn't. I asked if it was okay to get laser and filler. Dr. Soto said yes, it was..I feel so ROBBED by this place. Don't go here. There are many other amazing places to visit in Bogota. I am stupid for choosing Dr. Luz Marina Díaz.
