I do not recommend this clinic based on my personal experience. Before my appointment, I asked for the prices of the procedures because I wanted clear information beforehand, but I was not given specific pricing.
When I arrived in person, I felt that the prices increased significantly after they knew I was coming from another country.
I completely understand that every patient is different, every assessment is unique, and treatment plans may vary. However, there are base costs (such as the price per syringe of product) that should be communicated with more transparency.
I also have friends in Colombia who have had similar procedures at the same clinic, and the prices they were given were different. My concern is not about paying for a treatment; it is about the lack of clear information from the beginning.
As patients, I believe we deserve transparency before making a decision.

I'm giving 2 stars because I really liked the dermatologist, Dr. Felipe. The staff were also pleasant and they spoke slowly as my Spanish is basic; I really appreciated that. 🙂
Unfortunately I can't give them anywhere near 5 stars because this clinic is just not up to international standards. Everywhere I've gone for esthetic treatments in other countries (mainly in Argentina and USA) have really impressed me, and this place was quite expensive and yet my experience was just okay, which for the price is a bit ridiculous. I had multiple treatments the first time I went (IPL for Rosácea, Botox) and when I went for additional treatments the second time I opted to leave rather than spend more money here.
The good:
Dr. Felipe is very thorough and knowledgeable, and speaks really excellent English.
Staff are warm, helpful, and patient with my basic Spanish.
The bad:
The clinic has bizarre required policies, eg requiring photos every step of the way, rather than a standard before and after. I had already spent a while having photos taken during my first appointment. The photo room is on a different floor, and during my second appointment the staff member who took me there wasn't sure if I needed to go back downstairs, remove my makeup, and then go back upstairs. It was silly. When I explained that it wasn't necessary, it became a clear issue - with staff whispering, then telling me their policy was that I was required to take the photos (what? LOL). 🙃 When I politely told them I would take photos at the end of my treatments, and that if it was this big of an issue I could go to a different place for these treatments, they backtracked and said I should do the treatments there. Cue me waiting longer, before they came back and said the owner told them it's required. It was bizarre; perhaps the clinic is aimed toward people who do not work and have a lot of extra time. For busy professionals, aka most expats/digital nomads, this is not the right place. 🙂
Additionally, this is clearly not a body positive environment (in 2026! Crazy right?). In multiple other countries I've gotten esthetic treatments - actually here in Bogotá too. This clinic asked for my weight literally like 5 times, in different rooms and with different staff, 2 of whom even tried to argue with me about it. I told each person that I literally don't know my current weight, I explained that I have PCOS and it fluctuates - and clearly it's not necessary for non-surgical esthetic treatments. It was really obnoxious, and there was even an argument that the "health minister requires it," which is obviously untrue or not enforced as I've been to MANY other medical centers in Bogotá for various treatments and tests and only my GP asked to weigh me (even then it was presented as a question, not a demand lol). 😂 I spoke to 2 Dr. friends after this experience during my first visit here, and they both felt the clinic was living in the past and urged me not to return. However, I decided to go back since again I really liked the dermatologist. So also, the clinic is 10-20 years behind with this, which is embarrassing for such a modern-looking place. 😬
If you aren't necessarily used to high-quality esthetic environments, I suppose this is fine - but maybe take your money and go somewhere more tailored to the patient.
If you are a foreigner, or a Colombian who has traveled or lived abroad and has had treatments done in other countries, this is not worth the price with their bizarrely strict, outdated policies. I'll make sure to let expat ladies that I know here in Bogotá know not to visit this studio.
I was prepared to spend a substantial amount of money here during my second visit (like with my first visit), but in spending this amount I expect to feel catered to, just like I always do in other high-end esthetic facilities.
Again, kind staff and lovely dermatologist. And according to the staff, this is the owner's policy only - if this is true, the owner should probably review policies of international clinics if they want to attract international clients. 🙂

“The specialists are very good and the customer service is also excellent. However, I believe they should install air conditioning in this place, since with the number of people coming in, it is really necessary.,

I had the best experience here. Everyone is very kind and make you feel like a princess. They are always on schedule, they don’t waste your time. My doctor and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and helped me with every questions I had. I have been here two times and will definitely be back! This place is 10/10

The dentist Miss Virginia is simply THE BEST. It’s the first time in my life that I do two tooth filling without sedation. I also did teeth whitening in 4 different sección. She’s so gentle and kind that I fell asleep on her chair. Definitely recommend her for all your teeth matters

Eight months after my lipopada, I took this photo today, and the outcome is still flawless! My visit to the clinic was amazing; Marcela and Andrea were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I'm from Houston, Texas, and I attended this clinic last summer while visiting Colombia, and it was the best choice I could have made! I adore them all, and I will definitely be returning this summer!
