I loved my birth experience here. I did the Platinum Route plan for my birth. The staff were extremely attentive. I never felt neglected. I don't speak much Spanish and that was not an issue. I was still attended to and had all questions asked. I enjoyed the meals and my c-section, though unplanned, was a breeze. I would have a baby here again, haha!

NO ONE SHOULD EVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! EVER!!!

We were told of no plan for the birth (c-section), except to show up at a specific time to check in. I was in the dark on information the entire time. My son was born 2.5 weeks early. After birth, hey left him at 75% oxygen for 4-6 minutes with someone inexperienced until the pediatrician came to the delivery room. He was sent to the NICU which is normal. However, once he was off the CPAP, they gave him two vaccines WITHOUT our consent! The nurses chuckled about it when I was making a big deal about not being asked if it was okay, especially since we stated from the very beginning that we wanted to wait for the vaccines for a few months. All the hospital said was “sorry”. Now he’s turning yellow and having heart issues, fighting for his life when he was improving normally prior to this.

I’m sure there’s no legal action I can take. I can’t even get a hospital manager to talk to me.

NO ONE SHOULD EVER COME TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! EVER…. Have your child at a place where they care and not a baby-mill.

Worst Clinic! They take their sweet time for everything. They clearly don’t care about their patients. Was here since 11am and still waiting and it’s 7pm. Just terribly slow and rude.

It was a good clinic! I delivered my baby there two weeks ago, and the whole experience was amazing. The doctor was very professional, and the nurses were kind and supportive.
I arrived at the hospital around 7 p.m. with 2 cm dilation. The doctor examined me and admitted me to the hospital, where I stayed until the next day at 4 p.m., when I finally gave birth after more than 24 hours of labor.
Throughout the process, the team was incredibly helpful and respected my entire birth plan, they provided the Epidural, allowed immediate skin-to-skin contact with my baby, and my husband was with me during the whole experience. After delivery, the doctors carefully checked my baby and completed all the necessary tests.
We spent the night in a large, clean room together, and overall, everything was excellent.
The only minor downside was that you might have to wait in the emergency room for more than two hours, depending on how urgent your case is (they use a color code system — yellow, red, etc. — and each has a maximum waiting time

As a hospital employee my self this clinic has horrible customer service. The surgery department was great and Daniel from general information on the 9th floor was very helpful. But the nurses on the 11 floor and Neo natal unit on the 9th floor are horrible with very rude attitude. As a person who payed for the routa platino it is not worth people go to another hospital.
