I am actually very disappointed with the service at Clínica de la Mujer. They only wanted to charge a very expensive service which didn't gave any result at all. Doctors should have more ethics as they said at the beginning the conditions were not well enough but magically the day of the procedure everything was normal. We made another test in Spain and proved that since the beginning the characteristics were optimum.
Very efficient and knowledgeable Drs. They helped my daughter with a complex diagnosis and formulated a treatment plan that has been working great. Drs. Miguel Angarita and Alejandro Fernandez went out of their way to help us out. Even the lab took samples past their working hours. If you a passing by in Bogota and need urgent medical attention, this is the place to go.
We had a horrible experience at clinica del mujer. They did not handle the delivery very well. They were not organised at all.The nurse took my wife for c-section instead of taking to her for epidural.They took two hour to arrange epidural but at the end they did not apply it. The medicine recommended by the doctor was never applied. They made many mistakes and at the end they gave a very generic reply that yes they made some mistakes and they will try to improve in future. They lack professionalism.
Great service! I had to take my mother here because she hurt her ankle/foot while in Bogota. The doctor, who was english speaking, did a great job tending to my mom, along with all of the other staff. I would not hesitate to come here.
After reading so many negative comments, I decided to add my good experience with the emergency room in Clinica de la Mujer. It was in 2021 and the attention was excellent. I didn't speak much Spanish but the staff was doing their best to be understood. The doctors and nurses were constantly checking on me before and after the surgery. I totally recommend this Clinic!❤
