A family member recently received care at CEO Ophthalmological Clinic Specialties in Medellín, and I was truly impressed. The infrastructure and technology are excellent, and the staff showed remarkable empathy and compassion throughout the process. It was a difficult time, especially since I was outside the country, but they supported my loved one with great care. When recovering sight is so important, the clinic truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for the way they treated my family member and highly recommend their services.

After having problems with my eyes, I came to this clinic and booked an appointment. They contacted me back and told me that they have a new program for foreigners that speak English and would help me once I arrived. I was met by a really amazing girl who went above and beyond and out of her way to help me every step of the way. She came into the consultations with me to act as a translator and helped book appointments for me and made sure that the whole process was as smooth as possible. I really want to thank her so much for all of her help I think she was absolutely fantastic and without her everything would’ve been significantly more difficult. Definitely five Stars.

I tried making an appointment with these people and their person who makes appointments was very polit but SHE GAVE ME The WRONG ADRRESS. When i arrived they told me i had to go to a diffemt location. I camcelled my appointment and i will find another one with 5 stars. Totally incompetent

I’ve never in my life of going to an eye specialist or any doctor received such top quality service!

I had a couple bad eye surgeries in the US and my are eyes are severely dry, to the point at times I can’t see, everything is a blur. I contacted this clinic and can’t speak Spanish. On the chat Karen Ramirez scheduled an appointment two hours later. She met me at the reception because neither people, although super polite and pleasant could not speak English.

I was seen my a doctor 20 minutes later with Karen translating my entire history.

Wow!! You don’t get that many places. I contacted her at about 11:00. It’s 2:22 it was 15 minutes both ways. I’ve already been to a pharmacy by where I’m staying and in my hotel. The girls an Angel! She represents her clinic beyond words. Everyone including the Doctor was fantastic!!

If you’re looking for LASIKs or any eye surgeries please try this establishment. I made the mistake of paying less and now I’m paying the rest of my life.
